Our Barns are traditionally constructed from local limestone below clay pantile roofs, well insulated and double glazed they are cozy in the winter and cool in the summer.

There are 2 individual barns to choose from occupying the same site in the village of Welton , some 4 miles north of the historic city of Lincoln. Situated close to all amenities in the village is Betail Barn having 3 double bedrooms and the slightly smaller Traite Barn, having 2 Double Bedrooms.

All Bedrooms have en-suite bath/shower rooms and have been extensively updated to provide all the comforts of 21st century living having luxury bathrooms and kitchens recently installed.
